You do not have to be a Veteran to buy a VA repossessed home, however if you are a Veteran and wish to get a VA Loan you will need to fill out this form: http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/vba-26-1880-ARE.pdf 

If you are not a Veteran and wish to purchase a VA home you will need to contact your Realtor to fill out these two forms:
   1.  "Offer to purchase and Contract Form"  (26-6705)  http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/26-6705.pdf
    2. "Credit Statement of Prospective Purchaser"  (26-6705b) http://www.vba.va.gov/pubs/forms/26-6705b.pdf

It is best to fill out the electronic forms as follows with your Realtor for submittal to the VA:
