MLS Search & Email Alert

     You may now sign up for a 90-day automatic email alert for residential homes, multi-family homes, land, commercial properties, and homes in adult communities. Our computers will automatically search the MLS several times a day. If anything is listed that meets your request, you will automatically be notified by email.

     Simply click on the link Active Listings  here or on the left side of any page on our website and you will be taken directly to our MLS search screen.

     You will see on the right a statement about Broker Reciprocity. What this means is that the TReND Multiple Listing Service and Brokers that are members of the TReND Multiple Listing Service have agreed to share the information for publication on the internet. Only Brokers and Realtors, with their brokers permission, may publish this information on the internet.

     On the left you will see a tab to select a county. Click on the down arrow, highlight the county you wish to see and click on the search button.

     A new window will appear. Fill out the form on the left and again click on the search button. If you already know the MLS number you may just enter that and click on the search button.

     A new window will appear. On the left you will see a list of homes or properties that meet your search criteria. Click on the price and you will get more information about the property. You will not, however, be given the address of the property. You must contact us for that information.

    If you need an immediate response and are interested in receiving more information or making an appointment to see the home, click on the appointment button. Fill out the form completely. Make sure you give us your telephone number and under the remarks type in a short reason for the request.  When you click on the submit appointment button, your message will be sent to our cell phone giving us the MLS number of the home you are interested in, and, the telephone number you put on the form under phone 1. If you include your email address, your email address and information will be emailed to us . The inclusion of your email address on the form it will allow us to email you more complete information with a directional map to the property.  Make sure you include your telephone number in the form so that we have the telephone number to call you if needed. 

    If your need is not immediate, you can email us direct at Bart@HouseJeanie.com. Make sure you give us your telephone number, the best time to call and a short reason for the request. 

    Please note that on the left hand side is a form to "Receive automatic email whenever homes like those you want becomes available." Fill out the form and you will automatically be on the email alert list. This is the best way to be the first to find the home of your dreams. Our search list is updated daily with the MLS.

    Note also that if you are searching for a friend or relative you may email the information by clicking on the email/print button.
